WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO BEFORE AN ALEXANDRITE LASER HAIR REMOVAL SESSION?
- Avoid sun exposure without using sunscreen for one week before your session.
- If you are taking any medication that causes photosensitivity, you should inform your aesthetician.
- For the first sessions, shave the bikini and underarm areas three to five days before your appointment. Shave the legs one week prior.

WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO AFTER AN ALEXANDRITE LASER HAIR REMOVAL SESSION?
- After the treatment, localized erythema (redness) and perifollicular edema (swelling around the hair follicles) are common and may last from a few hours up to two to three days.
- We recommend using a restorative and soothing cream (e.g., Bepanthol, Algoflogen, Panthenol).
- In case of intense irritation, apply a corticosteroid cream to the area for a few days (e.g., Elocon, Fucicort, Betnovate).
- Contact with water is recommended after 10–12 hours.
- During the first few days, avoid hot baths. Prefer lukewarm water instead.
- Avoid rubbing the skin with peeling or scrubs, shaving, and using fragranced creams.
- Avoid sun exposure for one week after the treatment and use a high SPF sunscreen.
